The British premium automobile manufacturer uses ‘MINI Yours Customised’ to offer its customers the opportunity of providing selected upgrade products with a design they have selected themselves.
Indicator covers and interior decor trim are just some of the components that can be personalized.
The individual equipment to make them comes out of a 3D printer. To put it more precisely, the customized MINI components are manufactured on an EOS P 396, made of PA 1101 material, and meet the carmaker’s high quality standards.
By producing the parts with a 3D printer, MINI combines a maximum of customization with extremely short delivery times and therefore achieves outstanding customer satisfaction.
